About this program

The TWC Skills for Small Business program reimburses Texas small businesses for training costs for new and existing employees at Texas community and technical colleges. Covers tuition and fees. One of the most practical and underused small business programs in Texas.

Who qualifies?

Texas small businesses with fewer than 100 employees. New employees must be Texas residents.

What you get

Up to $1,800 per new employee in training reimbursements. Up to $900 per existing employee. Paid after training completion.
